Travel Fee / Deposit

Your travel fee also acts as your deposit.

• $80 per artist for the first hour of drive time

• $40 per artist for each additional hour

​

Standard Deposit is $80 per artist, any additional travel fees will be added to the invoice and not paid as part of the deposit.

How to Book

​

• Signed contract required

• Date held for 14 days after contract has been sent

• Deposit due within 14 days, if unpaid after 14 days, date is released

• Your date is only secured once BOTH are completed

 Important Notes

​

• Trials are for booked brides only

• No refunds; pricing is non-negotiable

• 30+ days required for cancellations or service reductions

• Less than 30 days = full contracted amount is due

• Communication is only with the bride (and vendors as needed)

Payment Schedule

​

• Deposit due 14 days after signing (equal to travel fee) 

• Total payment for the bridal trial due 7 days before trial (half of the brides total service cost)

• Final balance due 14 days before wedding date. 7 days before if paying via Venmo

​​

A schedule will be sent out following the trial. 

​
